Join me for Cardio Barre every Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 9.30-10.30am for a ballet inspired, barre workout @ Winchester Theatre Arts Studio.

Spaces are limited to remain Covid safe, adhering to 2m social distancing and good hygiene rules.

Open Air Barre in the beautiful grounds of St Cross cricket club is every Tuesday @ 9.30-10.30am. Enjoy perfecting your plies and arabesques whilst in the fresh air and open space! It eels very liberating and I can guarantee you lots of fun!
